Jeremy Harbour | Business Turnarounds

This event is an opportunity join experienced entrepreneur, Jeremy Harbour to learn about business turn-arounds, insolvent/distressed acquisitions and putting broken businesses back on their feet.

What is an insolvent/distressed acquisition and why does it constitute an opportunity?
Over the past 5 years many good businesses were taking on debt in order to grow. A lot of this debt may have been unsecured (such as trade credit, unsecured loans, investment or certain types of payment-plan agreements).

Additionally, many good businesses extended credit to their reliable clients during buoyant times but are now unable to collect upon these loans.

Unfortunately, no one could predict the extent of the global financial crisis and how it would effected the stability of many, otherwise, good and growing businesses.

This situation has left many good businesses unable to service their debts and facing receivership.

Our strategy is to identify businesses that have £500k - £4 Million in revenue that are facing distress due to their unsecured funds.

The businesses that we target, are otherwise good quality but have fallen on hard times.

Using our strategy, our team have acquired and turned around more than 15 businesses from facing insolvency back to being healthy and ready for sale.

Please note: there are only 6 spaces left at this event, book your ticket today and get 2 tickets for the price of 1!

More About | Jeremy Harbour
Like many serial entrepreneurs Jeremy showed his passion and drive from an early age, started around age 13 by market trading. Since then, Jeremy Harbour has become one of the most successful business turnaround entrepreneurs in the UK. Recognised by Coutts Bank as their Entrepreneur of the Year Runner-Up from 2005-2007, Jeremy has an unstoppable passion for buying businesses that are in trouble and turning them profitable; purchasing 14 businesses over the last 5 years with NO CASH.

In his spare time
Jeremy is a mentor and fund raiser for the Princes Trust and an advisor at the House of Commons on matters of small business and enterprise.

Please note this event aims to raise funds for the Princess Trust.
